Prospect of rising rates clouds a sunny U.S. market forecast In January 2014, this column looked at how five advisers who had been correctly bullish about stocks viewed the markets for the coming year. They were, of course, bullish — and proved right again. Now I’m revisiting most of them and adding a couple more who also have been on the money. Not surprisingly, this group is still bullish for 2015, if a bit less enthusiastically, because the bull market is a year older. Only one, Jim Paulsen, had qualms about U.S. stocks for 2015.
